Policy

DEPOSIT:
A $20 non refundable/transferable deposit is required when booking, and will go towards your scheduled services.

SCHEDULING:
Please book all services that fit your needs for your appointment day. All services have a time frame therefore services can not be added the day of your appointment. Cancellations will appear as soon as one is made. A valid card will need to be on file to book an appointment.


CONFIRMATION:
Please book with a valid email/phone number. When you book your appointment you will receive an email with the address where I’m located. You will also receive text/email reminders 24-48 hours before your appointment day. No kids or extra guest unless being serviced (ages 12 & up)


CANCELLATIONS:
You may cancel your appointment through your email, as long as it is 24 hours prior to your appointment time with no charge. Same day cancellations without proper notification, the clients card on file will be charged full amount of service(s) booked. After 10min of being late you will have to reschedule.


LATE FEE/NO CALL NO SHOW:
10 minutes after your appointment time you will need to reschedule and will have to pay a $20 rescheduling/late fee. No call no shows will not be able to book again & will also be charged remaining balance of scheduled service(s).

COVID-19:
To practice social distancing I ask that you wait inside your car until your scheduled appointment time, and TEXT 317-250-9682 AT YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME when you arrive & I will REPLY when I’m ready for you.‬ All clients must wear a mask & wash hands before being serviced
